So lunch is fairly simple to do as a gluten free meal! Just make sure to stay stocked on deli meats, cheeses, and fresh cut veggies! This simple plate, included:
-Lightly steamed broccoli
-Fresh Cut raw carrots
-Garlic-Dill Cheddar Cheese (found this awesome-ness at Sunflower Market on Zafarano!)
-Gluten Free crackers (Smokehouse flavored Nut Thins, I think are by Blue Diamond?)
-Smoked Ham
-Rotisserie Chicken
-Fresh cut raw Cauliflower
-Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
-and a bowl of ranch dip!
