No picture today! But I made mine and my daughters favorite meal...Shepard's Pie!!!!
I make mine with hamburg that I season with just pepper and onion powder. I stir and chop it a lot while it's cooking in the frying pan...I like very very fine hamburg. When it's finished, I put it into the bottom of a casserole dish (mine is round so it fits this particular meal perfectly). Next, I take a bag of frozen corn, cook it with butter, then put it on top of the hamburg in the casserole. Then, top with mashed potatoes. Lastly, it goes into the oven at 375 for about fifteen minutes!
